I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. They made sure that my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were impressive and I especially enjoyed the fresh breakfast options. The location was also convenient, close to the city centre and public transportation.

The spacious rooms were lovely with modern ensuite bathroom, flat screen TV and comfortable beds. The warm welcome from the receptionist was a great start. We particularly enjoyed the filling breakfast provided and the fast internet connection. The free parking was really convenient for us, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

Our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator available. Despite these minor issues, we had a lovely New Year stay and appreciated the great value for money that this hotel experience provided.

The lack of an elevator proved to be a bit of an inconvenience, especially for those with mobility issues. the exterior of the building wasn't very visually appealing, but the cozy and comfortable interior of the hotel more than made up for it.
